Sorry for the double post (and the sarcasm against Jouric, its just that you did show up and saw me and Chiaki together). But now I have my actual accusation. So no, I don't actually think it is Jouric anymore... But... There is only one person who could have done it.
The problem with this trial was with the alibis. We chose to let them get the best of us. They are a helpful tool... But only if we use them properly. We chose to pick our suspects based on current alibis, but we never decided to pick an suspect on the lack of alibis. We tore each other up according to a problem that never existed in the first place- We tried finding gaps and loose ends in alibis- when there were no gaps in the first place. Until we look at the fact that not only is Maria entirely active on skype, she never posted an alibi and no one saw her during the night when she was active enough to send in her actions.
I want to present exhibit A. In the skype chat (and can be confirmable with other people), Maria immediatly said when trial started "Oh Alucard could have purposefully shoved himself and Mezuki off" when it was clear (she obviously had to read the victim's names and thus would have seen their descriptions in order to know whose dorms to investigate) in the first place. Then she only presented that one piece of evidence she used- then said nothing else for the rest of the trial (again, she was still active on skype). Its as though she didn't want to involve herself any further in the trial when it was obvious we were reaching our own conclusions.
Now I know everyone is all like "THE FRYING PAN MADE THE HEAD WOUND ON ALUCARD!" but to that I say- Himedere put special emphasis on the fact that there were small rocks laying around the body. What if those small rocks had been one large rock before- or what if a large rock was hidden after being used for murder. Just sayin- I'm still pretty skeptical that a frying pan split someone's head into two.
How do I think the murder went down? Alucard and Mezuki were meeting on the roof in accordance to Alucard's FA at the very end of the night (either it was his requirement or he just needed to trust someone). However... I don't think he just asked one person. I think he had asked two people to meet up with him. Don't you think it would be stupid to only trust one person with your life? That's just begging to get murdered. But if you have two people.... Even though it turned out that wasn't enough. Perhaps Maria knew about Mezuki's FA or maybe she had just hoped for a quick death by pushing her off the roof. Either way, it happened. I think the Mezuki was still even alive, as it is evident she was moved, so I think she was just trying to drag herself to go get help (However useless it was cus her FA had activated). At the same time, Alucard was also pushed off the other side of the roof. I think he was first as Mezuki couldn't really fight in the first place (You know- get the sneak attack on the boy cus the girl is weaker blah blah blah). He was pushed off but survived. The murderer needed to finish him off, so they picked up a nearby rock and beat Alucard's head with it. Alucard died and the rock was hidden or broken. Either way, the murder weapon disappeared.
And yes, btw, I can confirm Chiaki's alibi for the night and Jouric's since he delivered a box of pocky to us at the very end of the night.
