(You will all receive your starting kits for your talents during the daily life, as well as a list of your skills.)
Your groggy, tired eyes slowly open, world a gentle blur of... grey..? As they finally focus, your eyes are drawn to small tufts of grass poking out of cracked asphalt. AN electric fence surrounds a large, expansive yard with basketball hoops, baseball equipment, and a track running around the edge. The sky is cloudy, a soft quarter moon looming above with few stars and a gentle breeze. You all appear to have large metal clamps around your mid-sections, preventing you from getting up off of the ground. Just as you are about to panic and start screaming, you all hear the soft clip-clop of ... hooves...? At the entrance tot he building, which has barred windows and doors, as well as several floors... there is a screen. it displays a sunny meadow with butterflies, and is large enough to cover the door. Standing in front of it is... a deer?
The voice that comes out of the deer seems rather mechanical at first, but adjusts to a natural pitch.
"H-h-hello everyone! Welcome to your new home!"
Of course, at your rather confused stares, the deer speaks yet again.
"You have all been brought here to live as any criminal should! In a prison- but should you redeem yourselves by upholding the rules, you'll be able to have much nicer places to roam around in!"
With that, the deer stepped out of the way of the monitor in front of the door and the rules were displayed.
1. Vandalism of the property is prohibited and shall be punished accordingly.
2. Leaving the premises without the permission of the host is prohibited and will be punished accordingly.
3. Please do not litter. If you see any trash, pick it up!
4. Electronic handbooks with information will be handed out. This will have your personal information, as well as some information about the others here in it. You may not lend your handbook to anyone else.
5. If you are sleeping at any time, please sleep in your cell. The only exception to this is if you are receiving medical treatment.
6. Two people may not share a cell unless only one of them is sleeping on the bed. Hope ya' like concrete!
7. Killing each other is prohibited and will be handled with a trial.
8. Only two people may be killed at any time by a murderer.
9. When a body is discovered, everyone's E-handbook will vibrate nonstop with a notification, and a map showing where the students who found it are.
Prison Trials
Before a trial, all of you will be able to investigate up to two rooms as you please. This also means you can investigate hallways and entry ways. Please understand that just looking at the room will tell you very little. Ask questions.
If you are investigating a body, however, you will only be allowed to investigate one room after that. After everyone believes that they have collected substantial evidence to figure out who the killer is, the trial begins.
1. During a trial, you will all stand at a podium within a bullet proof glass container. Attempting to leave the podium will result in severe punishment. The front of the podium, facing towards the center, will not have glass.
2. You must present evidence you have found and use that as well as testimonies in the trial.
3. After everyone has pointed fingers, lied, and presented all the evidence they think is relevant, you will vote for who the killer is. The people who voted incorrectly will be executed, and those that voted correctly will be able to progress through the building. This way there aren't any sheep voters clinging to someone for safety. Think before you vote. Voting is Mandatory.
3. (A) This voting process does not apply to the blackened. They do not need to vote correctly to progress; they need to survive the trial.
4. All survivors who make it to the final floor of the building will be able to leave, and have questions answered.
Release
As the deer finishes reading everything off to you and prances about with flee, the restraints on all of you slowly sink into the floor and you can move freely. The deer doesn't even seem to understand most of what it read, it seems, as it's just prancing about playfully right now. One of its eyes appears to be flickering though...? A still image is in it, but it fades very quickly.
You are all free to explore and socialize.
(you will all start in area 10. The mystery area is a public shower, with different times for men and woman. I will update you on these times VIA events. Area two of floor one can be unlocked VIA a special event, but is currently unavailable.)
(Thank you for working on this wonderful map, Alu!)
((During daily life, all players can perform up to six actions.))
