Game 61: Trial 1

[Jay Braavs]

Jay sighed.

"What a waste of a fashion show. Alright, so yesterday was our little fashion show. As wealthy as I am, I absolutely love fashion shows! I woke up around seven; a group of us made plans for that fashion show. However, I was the first one awake and thus the first one to arrive at the gymnasium. While I waited on everyone, I began setting up the show. About fourty-five minutes later, the rest of the people began showing up. Once I had people to watch over the gym for me, I went to get breakfast about half an hour later, since I had skipped it to secure the gym. On my way back from breakfast, I ran into SememKnad. Peasant was looking all depressed. But I could care less about him so I ignored him and went back to the gym. That's when I noticed Lily was missing from our group. She never showed up. But, I mean, more attention for me. I could care less where she went. So, we went on with the show. When it was time for me to change into my second suit, the announcement went off.

"Now, onto the body. His head had been smashed in with some kind of blunt object, but it impossible to tell what it is that caused it. Then, his body was filled with broken bones due to the killer stuffing him inside the washing machine.

"Alright. Now, onto all of your discoveries. As Testsuya said, the murder weapon did not come from the storage room.

"Now, onto the fashion show. Myself, Nazo, Chever, and Kivesan are all innocent since we were all in the gym at the time of the murder.

"As of right now, I have three main suspects: Tetsuya, Lily and Cain.

"Tetsuya, you left the fashion show and were gone while the body was discovered and possibly when the murder took place. Do you have someone else that can verify your alibi?

"Lily, you are the only one from the fashion show that never showed up. However, if Chiaki can verify that you were with her at the time of the murder, then that will clear you up!

"Cain, darling, you are acting extremely suspicious. First of all, you were the only one to see the 'murderer'. Then, you claimed that the killer stuffed sheets and a mattress in your locker, but where is the evidence? Nobody even mentioned the killer framing you until you brought it up. Then, you are also the only one I've heard mention the time of the murder. As far as I can tell, you are the only one who knows the time of when the murder took place. Lastly, you claim that if someone was wearing Lily's clothes, they have to be a girl. That is a lie! A guy her size could have worn her clothing to throw everyone off or just soaked her clothes in blood to frame her."

Jay cleared his throat.

"So, I would like some clarification. SememKnad, what were you so depressed about? Tetsuya, do you have any proof of your alibi? Chiaki, can you verify that Lily was with you at the time of the murder? Cain, where are you pulling all of these theories from? Do you have any proof of your claims?"

Bambi groaned in displeasure as she looked around the room. "jeeze... what a mess... but Mora! I found something rather interesting in the kitchen!" she stated, placing her hands on her hips. "There was a hair net missing from the kitchen, and looking at your report on the lockers... did you find anything else in them? or was it only yours that had junk in it?" she asked.

"Funnily enough, while spending my time in the public bath around 2:00pm, I heard someone else enter. There was a loud shuffling noise and the slamming and shutting of locker doors, like someone was fumbling with keys. I was scared so I stayed in the bath because whoever it was, they sounded agitated."


As Jay piped up, Bambi offered him a confirmation of Lilly and Chiaki's locations.
"When I first headed to the bath, I saw them on the way there. They seemed to be upset about something and fighting over it."

After hearing Bambi's testimony, he crossed Lily off his suspect list.

"Well, that clears up Lily and Ciaki then. So, the murderer took the bloodied mattress and clothes into the locker room, like Cain said before. However, the fact that the killer opened multiple locker doors makes me suspect Cain less. Because, if the killer was Cain, why would he have to go through multiple lockers?"

[Vocalo_Cain]

Mora begins to think and talks. "9:05am, I was playing playing games in the multi media room with Bambi. Plus, if you say I killed Leon, then explain this, during the murder, I was in MY room, would my mattress be gone if I was in my own dorm? Also, take a look." He empty his bag and pockets showing he doesnt have his key to his locker. "My locker key is stolen. Anything else you wanna say, Jay?"

Jay was still not entirely convinced.

"Why did you say your mattress? If you had killed Leon, you obviously would have used his mattress or someone else's. Not only that, but you could have easily disposed of your keys. But, for now, I will focus on all those without a proven alibi: Tetsuya, Lunar, Semem, Haiiro, and Alucard. Also, Sakurada, do you have any proof you were watching the fashion show at the time of the murder?"

[Vocalo_Cain]

"I wasnt there because I was in the cafeteria from 2:30PM to 3:00PM. And my point of view of the killer is when I exit the cafeteria. The killer went in the sauna. So I would make a claim.. Sakurada is the killer!"

Bambi piped up. "I can confirm Moko's claim because he didn't eat much. So I went over and offered him an apple while I was leaving the cafeteria." she stated.

"But I think you guys are forgetting something- like I said, a hair net was missing. It doesn't seem like anyone has found it."

[Vocalo_Cain]

"But.. Who was the last who used the hairnet..? Jay, say me again and I swear hard proof that im innocent. Anyway, I wouldn't use a hair net. People with long hairstyles could use it, right Bambi?" Mora glares at Jay

'I would think so. Don't people with long hair tend to lose strands more often?" she asked Mora. "They get split ends more easily, too. Actually... on that subject, did anyone find hair at the crime scene? Like, at all?"

[Vocalo_Cain]

"Unable to.. But who are the students with long hair?"

[Deleted]

"Sakurada... maybe chever...Alucard.. and I'm pretty sure chiaki has shoulder length hair." Bambi replied, tapping her chin. "Any of em' blunt?"

[Vocalo_Cain]

"Alucard maybe.. But why would he use a blunt object? Note that Lily's clothes were stolen. Who wore her clothes and stained them with blood?"

[Deleted]

"I don't really have anything there... but for now, I'm going to bed."

[Tetsu]

Since Jay was putting Tetsuya into the suspect list, he spoke "Well if you must know my alibi, after hard at work setting up the fashion show as you left to eat Jay, and came back I went to get some snacks. On the way back I saw Nazo standing frozen outside the laundry room and being fabulously curious I followed him and we discovered the body of Leon in the machine" he stopped and adjust his headphones.

[Alucard]

Alright, so my investigation: Incinerator hasn't been used for a solid week, so whoever did this left his evidence somewhere.

Now then, my alibi:
At 10:30 PM i woke up, a little late for poker at the first floor. I immediately bump into Sakurada, who also seems a bit out of sorts. Probably because we were late. We went to the kitchen, grabbing some snacks for the game. When i got at the poker table lunar and haiiro were already playing. (Lunar was winning, can you believe it!) Around mid afternoon we stopped playing, and quickly after the body discovery alarm went.

Now us Gamblers should have a decent alibi, however sometimes people left to grab more snacks. They also happened to be our playing chips. So it's not 100% solid.
