Jay looks at Nazo. "Told you, peasant."
He then turned to Alucard, his headache fading. "You know...you really aren't doing anything to get off my suspect list. Instead, I'm getting more and more suspicious of you. You completely ignored the fact that our actions do not line up. Also, the fact, as Nazo said, all you did was verify that the killer would have taken the most time out of all of us."
Jay looked around the room. "Alright...I have a theory. It is...kind of far-fetched, but it makes the most sense. What if Alucard and Taso made a deal? If Taso helped Alucard get away with his murder, he would help her later get away with her murder. So, they knocked me out and took me upstairs to put me in the cell. Alucard was about to murder me, when he turned on Taso instead and bashed her head in. Then, he slit her throat and made her the kill. I mean, if this theory is true, then he couldn't trust her. She could have easily testified against him. He considered killing me too, but decided to go with the trap instead. Maybe so that it would be easier for him to have an alibi? So, he tied me up and got to work on the trap. Then, he left the cell and locked both Taso and myself inside.
"The next morning, it was announced that both Taso and I were missing. Everyone assumed we were dead, so didn't suspect a third murder would occur. However, both him and Seraph went to the jail cells. He made sure that Seraph went before he entered so that the trap would work. Then, all he had to do was play along."
Jay's headache was going away finally, but thinking so hard still made it hurt. "So, what do you guys think? I mean, if Taso was an accomplice, it would explain why she had the bag, right? Finally, Alucard mentioned 'will help' in terms of Taso. Will help with what? Helping Alucard murder me?"
