I don't think anyone saw Boy before the scream... did they? But then I don't think Boy even has time to respond now, since before the start of the game, I was told in another forum that Boy is currently ill, not exactly sure with what, but one cannot recover to the fullest in two days at most.
I also believe with rose that a killer would have no need to appear suspicious around a room which they had or planned to commit a murder. Even more so, wouldn't the actual killer try their best to not appear suspicious upon the knowledge of security cameras within the premises. I think some police referred to this as the "golden rule", which is when someone commits a crime, such as stealing a vehicle, they will act in accordance to normality or cling to every corner of the law. This principle has actually been recorded by a primary source to have been of aid when arresting a criminal... who had actually stolen a vehicle. (addressing no one in particular)
We have three hours left for this trial, allegory aside. I know people have accused and the likes, but can anyone please recap the actual votes that have been placed, if any, because I am more used to the +1 format of voting. Although it is clear that either one of those who checked the media center are lying, or more in their favors, the footages they saw were of different time periods. Considering Cloudandis' recent telling of possible placing of events, then both novapoet and End could be truthful in that Emerald was willingly tied down first, and perhaps, the cloaked figure left momentarily to return with the other weapons, because otherwise, why would a photographer have a katana in his room?
