It was just another regular day at your school, all of you heading to classes and moving through it like you do every day. As usual throughout the day, the school never ceased to remind you on a daily constant about where you are and why you are they for.
The voice of the headmaster could be heard booming through the school’s loudspeaker.
“Where are you? Of course, you are in Milfred School for the Gifted, where the brightest, creative youngsters attend to better thrive in the world through careful created curriculum. “
“Well as you know..summer is around the corner and you know what that means?”
Of course most of you do, it’s the most prestigious trip for 16 lucky students! It’s where they are going on an all-expense paid trip to an island to train on their leadership and soft skills so that they will be ready. It’s been a successful trip year in year out, where students who attended it, and leave school they become the best of the best in their gift, that’s what the school tells you.
The way the participants are chosen in random. Those who gets chosen will receive a letter in their lockers and will be told about everything about the trip.
The headmaster’s voice came back on.
“Well..unfortunately..students, you will have to come and register yourself again..because..they list that we had..well it was deleted by accident..so…please head to your homeroom teacher to register. Thank you..and have a gifted day!”
You then head towards class as usual and the teacher before they began, handed out forms for you to register again.
