The future looks bleak...so much death...so much destruction...all around us...
And there's nothing that can be done about it...because we want to solve...yet...we also want tragedy...
Or...well...hmm...maybe there is one thing, but...hmm, I suppose that did get pushed aside a while back.
Ah well, new day. Might as well put this up and see who bites, I guess.
"Rise and shine, ursine!"
Monotaro stares at a ginormous amalgamation that looks like something in between a Lochness Monster and a Kraken. It has 'Player Death' etched around it in big, bloody letters.
"Hmph...what a disgusting creature...it looks so repulsive...doesn't it guys...?!"
"Well, never fear! Monotaro is here...!"
Monotaro then jumps toward the beast, but then suddenly, he is slashed, and cut up into many pieces by Sully. He falls dead. Sully then begins laughing, but then the amalgamation takes him out shortly as well. A dart then hits the creature, causing it to sputter and fall over, writing in pain. A young boy then walks over to Monotaro and Sully's corpses.
"...Huh...well...that was kind of lame...wasn't it...? We didn't even get to see a second act from the poor guy. Well, we kind of did, but I guess we kind of didn't..."
"Make no mistake, though. This won't be a problem in Paradise...where kids can kill all those ugly demons who dare to remain around however they please..."
"It's simple, really...if you don't like losing activity in a game you host, then don't kill off the players within that game..."
"Rather...allow every player to create two characters...one which will be in the Killing Game...and one which will be a member of the Despair Foundation...a spectator in the crowd...watching and guessing alongside the other members on who is behind the carnage as it unfolds..."
"Because let's be honest with ourselves...killing other players...it's pointless, unless you've got some kind of hidden agenda for killing them. However, a player playing two people allows them to continue solving cases, even if they lose one of them..."
"...If there is another reason for the player carnage to occur, and not allow everyone who participates the opportunity of solving a good...complex mystery...put forward by a mystery culprit...please speak now...or forever hold your peace..."
