Hello everyone,
TL;DR: It's a System I made up so that you can play the Killing Games on Discord. This Thread Explains Detailed on how the System works. It's entirely Voice Based, meaning that you can play this Game only with a Microphone and Discord, or any other Social Media where you can create Channels.
Since I'm really desperate on how long these Games take, I decided to come up with a System so that you can play In real Time on a Discord by using these System. Keep In Mind that I created these Rules based on this Website a little and made a few Changes and Additions. I'm using this System to host my own Games on my Discord Server, and thought about sharing it with everyone if they like to test it out themselves. So, here is the Form of my Killing Game on how to play it on Discord:
The Game consists of 2 Sections, the Apply Phase, and the Game Phase, in which the Game Phase is divided into 4 more Phases.
School Ceremony(Apply Phase):
Before a Game starts, the Headmaster(The "Host" of the Game) will say in #announcements when a new Game starts. After that, all Players can apply as a Student. In the "#students" - Text Channel, you see a template with Name, SHSL, etc. Fill it out and SEND it as a PM to the Headmaster. As soon this is done, you will get an Acknowledgement from the Headmaster that he got this E-Mail. After the Deadline is Up, the Headmaster will then determine 16 of these Applications on which becomes the spot as an SHSL. If the Headmaster sends you a Message that you've been accepted, this means that you are participating in this Game and will Receive the @shsl Students-Role. The Rest of the Applicants that didn't make it, will get the @reserve Course Students[Pending]-Role, meaning that they can only participate if one of the @shsl Students won't be able to play for any Reason. This means that if one of the SHSL Students can't play, they will temporarily fill in the Spot and will play this Round as a Student they applied for.
At the Day where the Game starts, a presence of all participating Students will begin first. This means that the Headmaster checks which of the Participants are here or not so that they can fill out the rest of the Spots, if the Headmaster has enough @reserve Course Students[Pending]. After all, this is done, the Game Phase begins.
Game Phase:
As soon everyone got their Characters, the Game Phase begins(at here you need to RP depending on your Character you're playing as). The Game Phase consists of 4 Phases:
Once the 3rd Class Trial has been finished and everyone else is still alive, the "Protagonist" Role will be added.
Game Phase 1: Daily Life
Game Phase 2: Night Life:
Game Phase 3: Deadly Life
Game Phase 4: Class Trial:
Please Notice: There might be some misunderstanding Things here that you might not understand what I mean by that. First of all, this entire System is Voice Based, which Means this Game will be held by RP with a Microphone etc. Also, the Protagonist is a Special Person who can do more things than the other Students. What he can do is either having unlimited Investigation Points, is immune to Death, etc. You can decide what he can do if you want to play this kind of Game.
However, if there are still some Questions, feel free to ask them below, and I'm always happy for Constructive Criticism. English is not my Mother Language, but I'm trying my best so that everyone can understand what I mean.

Game Phase:
As soon everyone got their Characters, the Game Phase begins(at here you need to RP depending on your Character you're playing as). The Game Phase consists of 4 Phases:
- Phase 1: Daily Life, which takes up to 10 minutes
- Phase 2: Night Life, which takes up to 40 minutes
- Phase 3: Deadly Life, which will be announced by the Headmaster how long it will take
- Phase 4: Class Trial, which will take as long as everybody has voted for the "Culprit"
Once the 3rd Class Trial has been finished and everyone else is still alive, the "Protagonist" Role will be added.
Game Phase 1: Daily Life
- Everyone gathers at a specific place (f.e.: At the Hotel)
- If it's the first Daily Life or a Daily Life after a Class Trial, all Students can apply as the Culprit(Murderer/Blackened) by sending a PM to the Headmaster. If one has been chosen, the Culprit is allowed to kill somebody, the rest will be innocents. Additionally, the Headmaster will explain the #rules and show the #map everyone can access to. They will also check the Students Talents, etc. on #students by clicking on the Link.
- If it's the Daily Life after the 3rd Class Trial, all Students can apply as the Protagonist(Whitened) by sending a PM to the Headmaster. If one has been chosen, the Whitened has more options to capture the real Culprit.
- During Daily Life, you can discuss where you want to go or talk what you could find
- Ends, when the 10 minute Time Limit is up or everyone agrees to skip to Night Life
Game Phase 2: Night Life:
- When Night Life starts, you are able to go in any Room you want to go. If you want to go somewhere, you have to write an Action as a PM to the Headmaster before you can switch to the Speaking-Channel there. For Example, if you want to go to the Restaurant/Hotel lobby, you first write an Action that you are going to the Restaurant:
Action 1: I'm going to the Restaurant.
After you send that, you are ready to switch to that Room. Please enumerate your Actions, it's very important for the Headmaster. For each action you want to do, you have to send a PM to the Headmaster in order to continue. - Things you can do in a Room is looking around, checking what Person A is doing, looking what Person A has right now, steal an item from Person A or search for ..., depending on what kind of Room you are.
- Daily Life begins only if no one has been murdered and the 40 minute Time Limit is up
- Deadly Life begins only if someone has been murdered and 3 People (Culprit excluded)have discovered the Body
Game Phase 3: Deadly Life
- As soon 3 People have discovered a Body, a Body Discovery Announcement in #announcements will appear, which all students need to go to the Crime scene
- At the beginning of every Deady Life, a Monokuma File will also appear in the #announcements
- After the Monokuma File has been sent to everyone, each Student is allowed to investigate 2 Rooms, which are also called Investigation Points. Each Player has a maximum of 2 Investigation Points. Please Remember that a corpse is a Place itself, which means, if you want to investigate the Corpse and the Room, you need to spend 2 Investigation Points.
- In Order to Investigate, you need to send 2 Investigations, just like Actions per PM to the Headmaster. Example:
Investigation 1: I investigate the Corpse
Investigation 2: I investigate the Crime Scene - During Deady Life, you may find Evidence that you can bring to the Class Trial. You are allowed to carry only one piece of evidence to the Class Trial
- Ends after a certain amount of Time has passed or every Student used their Investigation Points, the Class Trial will begin.
Game Phase 4: Class Trial:
- When the Class Trial begins, everyone will be moved to the "Class-Trial" Channel. The Goal of the Class Trial is to present Evidence or Hints you found during Deadly Life in order to catch the Culprit.
- #classtrial will open once the Class-Trial begins. It is also the Place where you can use the Options that trigger certain events.
- ALL RISE when the Students all voted for the Real Culprit (Innocents win the Game)
- ALL DIE when the Students all voted for the wrong Culprit and the Real Culprit will graduate from School (Culprit wins the Game)
- During the Class Trial, all Players have the Option to say certain Words to Trigger an Event:
1. Objection:
- If a Student tells a theory that might be wrong, a player can use "Sore wa chigau zo!", "Objection!" or "No That's Wrong!" to contradict the Theory with a counterargument.
- Everyone else has to be quiet unless the Student finished their Counter-Argument.
- If the Counter-Argument might be wrong, another player can use the Words above with his/her counter-Argument.
- An objection is only then successful if the Headmaster writes BREAK on that Counterargument, meaning that this is right.
- Otherwise, It means that it's wrong or not really a Counter-Argument.
- This cycle repeats itself.
2. Panic Talk Action(P.T.A.):
- After a certain amount of time has passed in the Class Trial, all Students are allowed to ask 3 Questions to the Headmaster, in which he has to answer honestly. Notice that the Headmaster won't answer the Question if any persons are involved.
- After the Class has chosen someone to ask all 3 Questions, he can begin that by saying "P.T.A".
- Once all 3 Questions have been asked and answered, P.T.A. can no longer be used until the next Class Trial.
3. Rebuttal Shutdown:
- Now we are moving on to the not so Important Options, the first one beeing the Rebuttal Shutdown
- Only works if a protagonist has been chosen
- If you find an Argument from the Protagonist that is contradictory, you can either type in #classtrial "Rebuttal Shutdown" or by saying it.
- Once this begins, a 2 Person debate between them have 5 Minutes to discuss which Argument is better, everyone else has to be quiet until the Rebuttal Shutdown is over.
- Rebuttal Shutdown ends either when one of them Gives Up or one of the Students find an Argument which ends the Rebuttal Shutdown.
4. Scrum Debate:
- Only works if a protagonist has been chosen
- If the Protagonist says "Scrum Debate", he/she will first have to say which Team supports which Argument/Theory
- After the Protagonist said the Theories/Arguments, each Student can vote on which Team they want to support the Argument/Theory
- Then, the Headmaster will display again who on which Team everybody is.
- After that's done, the Scrum Debate begins: The First Member of the 1st Team has to deliver an Argument
- Then, The First Member of the 2nd Team has to deliver a Counter-Argument for that
- This repeats every time until everyone delivered an Argument. In the End, the Headmaster makes a Poll in which every Student must vote which Statement of which Team is better
- Scrum Debate ends when one Statement of a Team has been voted.
Please Notice: There might be some misunderstanding Things here that you might not understand what I mean by that. First of all, this entire System is Voice Based, which Means this Game will be held by RP with a Microphone etc. Also, the Protagonist is a Special Person who can do more things than the other Students.
