Game 64 (2) Trial 1~!

*Over the radio everyone hears*

"DING DING DING - times up students! Can you all make your way to the trial room please!"

*Everyone goes to the door marked trial room on the map but as they open the door they find it leads to a creepy old metal elevator, everyone piles on*

*People make there way on and they ride down in silence, the eeriness haunting them, as they approach to what might be, the bitter end for most of them... or maybe the bitter end for one*

*The elevator door opens and they look upon a circle of podiums, one of which they see the deceased face on a stand looking over the other stands, with a giant pink X across his face*

*Behind on a giant pink chair, surrounded by black and white teddy bears sits Venelop3, beaming with joy of what has happened*

"May you all please stand behind one stand."

*Everyone moves*

"In this trial we are here to discuss who murdered the deceased, and how. If you guess correctly, the murderer will only be punished and everyone else will be sent back to the school above. However if you guess incorrectly of who the murderer is, everyone but the murderer will be punished, and the murderer will be released out of the school, free."

*Everyone looks terrified, Venelop3 grins*

"Please start."

Okay I know it says you're in the trial room, but if you haven't investigated yet and you would like to, then please go ahead. This thread is to discuss the murderer... and how the murder had taken place. Someone knows all the details. Others no none. Please enjoy have fun, and talk about death. I love you all~

[Maria]

"Alright, let's start off with what we already know." Maria said, starting off the trial.

"The victim was Takuhanki Shokustsu. He was poisioned and was found in the cafeteria." she explained before placing her index finger on her lip as she started thinking.

"When I searched the kitchen, I did find a pair of glasses there, so we might be able to assume that the killer wore glasses. However, that is just an assumsion.

The sink was still damp and a strange liquid had been poured into it. Maybe this was how the culrpit disposed of the posion? Since the sink was still damp, I think the murder might have occurred during nighttime."

"I-It did occur during the night time, but not before the 10pm night time announcement. The handbook said it was between 8pm and 9pm."

Merui looked puzzled.

"So, I took a whole bunch of Pocky from the school store, but like... something else was also taken. It was a black cap. I'm totally not sure what one would use that for, but apparently it was a boy who took it..."

She twitched her nose and glanced around awkwardly.

"Only... I don't really know because the store lady was super senile and actually needed my help to figure that out in the first place. The store was legit the only place I searched and I basically got nothing! Please forgive me!"

"Okay, scratch that part about the glasses." Maria said with a soft sigh, silently scowling herself. "Turns out it was drinking glasses."

"No, no! That's really helpful, Merui!" Maria beamed with a smile. "Now we know that the killer got a hat from the school shop.

"Uhh..."

Merui didn't want to be rude, so she paused before stating her response to Maria.

"Actually, we just know that someone took a hat. We haven't proven that it had anything to do with Takuhanki's death. Unless you know something I don't..."

[Deleted]

"I'm not sure if it will help, H-E-L-P any, but it seemed like someone had messed with chemicals in the infirmary."

Sadashi nervously chewed on her lip. 

"This is so, S-O, wrong. We shouldn't be trying to figure, F-I-G-U-R-E, out who murdered one of us." 

Her head shook with disbelief.

"I think... someone must've put the chemicals into the glass in order to poison Takuhanki!"

She paused before continuing.

"I'm not really sure about that black cap, but it is possible that it was picked up by the killer. If we find any links to the killer maybe trying to hide their face with the cap... then I think we can assume it was a guy who did it... maybe? This is all so... circumstantial! We're gonna die!"

Merui started crying. Again.

"Nothing was taken from the storage...and I also searched the cafeteria where I found Maria looking like a defeatist or something"

"Since I think none of us besides the Blackened really have any memory of yesterday... we're going to die. But like... if it helps any, I'll recite my version of events...    

From 7am to 8am I was collecting Pocky from the school store... even though that's not consistent with the evidence I found in the school store. So I think they just restock anything the killer didn't use. Which is... weird.

From 2-3pm I listened to pop and drum-and-bass music in the AV room to calm myself down.

From 4-5pm I collected 3 blood bags from the infirmary and hid in the cupboards in case Ven came. What happened after that? Hmm, well I don't really like... know. Seriously. I can't recall if I left them there, if I took them back to my dorm or if I fed them to Maria! I DON'T KNOW!"

Merui's eyes widen as her fingers lock into her hair.

"As for the investigation, I was so shaken up that spending all of my time in the school store gave me evidence that was still extremely questionable! I think the same goes for Sadashi...

So by now, -sniffle- it's a guarantee that we're all going to die... but it was... super... great knowing you while it lasted."

[Jay Braavs]

"So, in the AV Room was a black cap with a red hair. I'm going to go ahead and guess that whoever has red haired took the cap. And that would be TETSU! What did you do in the AV Room?"

Jay's evidence shocked Merui back into some hope of surviving the trial... but--...

"Tetsu... is it true?"

...--she was shaking from even thinking about a possible version of events.

"Please tell me... you... totally didn't take that cap... At least speak up and defend yourself. It wasn't you... right Tetsu?... Tet...su?" 

 ((Ruining the mood with an emoticon. What? I have no other Merui pics))

[Tetsu]

"I got the cap cause I thought I will look better in it then with my head phones all the time. I was in there from 9pm last night to play some game. So I took it off due to sweating." Tetsu replied to Jay's accusation.

"Tetsu... I'm afraid that at a time like this... even though it super hurts to do this... I can't believe what you're saying blindly. And like I said, the school store and possibly the infirmary restocked things taken by me. Meaning it's probably only things the killer took that are still missing. Please present some better evidence for why you didn't do this. I don't want to believe it was you but... someone here did it... right?"

[Tetsu]

"I was having too much fun playing the game and was high that I totally forgot about my cap . If that's what you're saying"

"But your reason for taking the cap is weird. You just thought it looked better? What I said was that only the stuff that the killer took was missing, I think. I took Pocky from the school store, but no Pocky was missing. I took blood bags from the infirmary, but no blood bags were missing. So if you took that cap and you were innocent, there shouldn't be a cap missing from the store."
